Making a positive impact is an integral part of Diamond Hill’s culture. Through the Diamond Hill Charitable Foundation, we partner with and serve our community. Beyond monetary support, our associates help us engage with our community through volunteering and board participation.

Donation Request

Our philanthropy focuses on three areas:

Diversity, equity and inclusion

We resolve to do our part to foster diversity, equity and inclusion at Diamond Hill, in our industry and within the community.

Financial literacy and education

By supporting financial literacy and education organizations and programs, we hope to help build a better tomorrow by educating and inspiring students today.

Community engagement

We are focused on helping our community meet basic needs — housing, health care and food.

Active in our communities

Our associates are active volunteers, helping us build stronger relationships with each other and our community.

Active volunteerism

We support and facilitate our associates’ support of their communities.

Our volunteer portal helps match associates with volunteer opportunities.
Our associates are active in our community with the Cristo Rey High School Work-Study Program, LifeCare Alliance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Pelotonia, Rock the Street, Wall Street and others.

Donation support

We match our associates’ philanthropy to causes closest to them.

$2,000 match per employee per calendar year for any registered 501(c)(3) public non-profit.
An additional $1,000 match per employee each year for diversity, equity and inclusion-related causes.
Recognition of associate milestone anniversaries with donations of $1,000-$10,000 to a charity of their choice.
Monetary support of the non-profits our associates give their time to through our board and committee support program.
